<p>PURPOSE:To provide the negotiation problem solving device which facilitates the designing of a function for evaluating solutions from other agents and is reducible in operation cost required to structure the device as compared with a conventional device. CONSTITUTION:An explanation means 10 explains an opposite-party proposal according to the knowledge in its own knowledge base 13. An evaluating means 11 determines the evaluation of this agent for the solutions from other agents according to the explanation result of the solutions from other agents by the explanation means 10 based upon the knowledge that this agent has. A reasoning means 12 generates the reason of the evaluation result determined by the evaluating means 11 according to explanation structure as an explanation process based upon the knowledge this agent has for the solutions from other agents.</p> |
