PURPOSE:To prevent an information setting error owing to key information on a misoperation in a user. CONSTITUTION:Key information for key locking inputted from a key input part 11 stops the transmission of key information to a control part 12 in a key locking control part 16 and it is stored in a storage part 13 as setting information. Then, the key locking control part 16 is prevented from transmitting information to the control part 12 even if key information is inputted, and the rewriting of setting stored information is unabled. Key locking by the rewriting of setting information is released by inputting prescribed key information to the control part 12 through the key locking control part 16, or by turning off a battery on/off switch 15. |
