<p>PURPOSE:To provide a clamp cover for a cable excellent in heat, combustion, and tracking resistance and having enough creeping distance, and high in salt damage. CONSTITUTION:For the cover body 1 which covers the whole of a clamp 2, the apexes of the side covers 3 on both right and left sides are made hinges 4, and also inlets and outlets 6 and 7 for cables 5 and 5' are provided, at the open margins opposed to the hinges 4, at both ends in longitudinal direction of each side cover 3 on both right and left sides of the engaging part 1. Furthermore, a superposing part 8, which covers one part of a coupling member 12 with a specified length coupled to the clamp 2 and covered a flame retardant covet, is made integrally with the cover body 1, and the clamp 2 and one part of the coupling member 12 coupled with the clamp 2 are covered with the cover body 1, and the top of the coupling member 12 coupled with the clamp 2 is attached to a tension-resistant insulator 13. Furthermore, singular or plural collars 20 are provided outside of the coupling member 12.</p> |
