PURPOSE:To provide a current collecting body to which active material powders adhere to comprise a secondary battery electrode plate and which can firmly hold and easily contact with active material powders. CONSTITUTION:Ni powders 22 are allowed to adhere to the surface of a polyurethane resin support to provide a primary intermediate 23. The primary intermediate 23 is heated to burn the support 21 to provide a secondary intermediate 24. Subsequently, the secondary intermediate 24 is sintered to provide a current collecting body 11 which has thereon a plurarity of recess parts 20 which receive active material powders 19. |
