PURPOSE:To provide a design file sending managing system capable of sending plural related design files as taking synchronism. CONSTITUTION:This system is comprised in such a way that design information input means 11-1n, design reception/transmission means 21-2n, a storage means 30, a processing means 31, and a design information receiving means 40 are provided, and when the design of a printed circuit board package 100 is started, respective designers 111-1n1 who design plural design files 1-n input the completion scheduled day of the file designed by oneself from the design information input means 11-1n to the storage means 30, and the processing means 31 performs retrieval setting the completion scheduled day stored in the storage means 30 as a key, and the plural design files 1-n relating to the printed circuit board package 100 are sent simultaneosuly via the design information transmission means 21-2n.
