PURPOSE:To use an input/output terminal used for input/output of a test related signal to easily input/output data for test by inputting an instruction code for output data read from the input/output terminal and outputting data corresponding to input data. CONSTITUTION:An input/output circuit 7 for test related signal is provided which includes a data input register 9 where data inputted from an input/output terminal is temporarily held at the time of test and a data output register 8 where data to be outputted to the input/output terminal 2 is temporarily held. A mode setting circuit 6 is provided which not only stops the operation of a CPU 4 but also sets the input/output circuit 7 to the state for normal operation at the time of outputting data from the input/output terminal 9 in the case of test. Input data set to the input/output terminal 2 is temporarily held in the data input register 9, and the instruction code to read out input data in the data input register 9 is inputted from the input/output terminal 2, and thus, data input/output processing is accurately performed. |
