<p>PURPOSE:To operate the pointing device and operation buttons relating to it without putting the hands away from the home positions on the key board. CONSTITUTION:A track ball 24 is provided as the pointing device in the center of the side in front of a space bar 22 and the operation buttons 26L and 26R, 27L and 27R, and 28L and 28R are provided on the left and right sides symmetrically about the track ball. Therefore, when the hands are placed at the home positions, the track ball 24 and operation buttons 26L and 26R, 27L and 27R, and 28L and 28R can be operated basically with only the thumb fingers to improve the operation efficiency.</p> |
