<p>PURPOSE:To identify respective option modules(OPs) irrelevantly to their mount positions on a substrate by judging whether or not there are responses from the 0Ps to identification codes outputted from a host unit and grasping the mount state of the OMs. CONSTITUTION:The host unit 11 outputs the identification codes which are characteristic to the respective OMs to the OMs 12 and decides whether or not there are responses from the respective OMs 12 to the identification codes. When there is the response from the OM, it is judged that the OM corresponding to the identification code is mounted. The OM 12 when receiving the corresponding identification code from the host unit 11 sends information including at least its identification code as the response to the host unit 11. The order numbers of the respective OMs are set with setting switches and their set values are outputted together as the responses. Consequently, the respective modules can be identified irrelevantly to their mount positions on the substrate.</p> |
