PURPOSE:To provide the contour data processor which give a variation to thick Ming type KANJI (Chinese character) and thin Ming type KANJI while maintaining the features of Ming type KANJI. CONSTITUTION:Whether or not weight data are present in a text memory is retrieved (S11) and when the weight data are present (S12: Yes), contour line segment direction decision processing control is performed (S13). Under this control, plural pairs of contour line segments and their direction data are relatively stored in a pair contour line segment data memory. Under following corrected contour line data generation processing control (S14), three kind of line width variation quantities are read out and line width correction processing is performed for each pair of segments according to said direction data and weight data. |
