PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a sag at the time of transmitting an isolation device and to obtain a fine video signal. CONSTITUTION:In a device connecting a pacient circuit to the output circuit side through a pulse transformer 12, the reference level of a video signal outputted from the transformer 12 is sampled and held by a sampling/holding circuit 16, the sampled/held voltage is compared with a reference voltage by an operational amplifier 17 to output a sag compensation control signal. The control signal is returned to the pacient circuit side through the isolation device 18 and added to a video signal. Thus a sag in the video signal is removed and a stable video signal can be obtained.
