PURPOSE:To attain accurate control of temperature of oil in a frying pan by setting an operation temperature to a temperature sensor in accordance with a quality of the frying pan. CONSTITUTION:A quality of a frying pan placed on a top plate on a heating coil 2 is detected by a thermistor 4 to set a frequency suited for a temperature of 180 deg.C, when the pan is an iron pan, and 130 deg.C, when the pan is a stainless steel pan, to a control circuit 25. A transistor 22 is given a signal and on-off turned in a predetermine period, and a high frequency current is allowed to flow in the coil 2 to heat the frying pan. In this way, thermistor 4 detects a temperature of the frying pan, that is, temperature of oil controlled to a preset temperature. |
