摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the applicable range of a super-conductive magnetic bearing device in which an high temperature oxide super-conductive material and a permanent magnet constitutes a super-conductive magnetic bearing for supporting a rotary shaft, by discharging cooling medium through a gap between a housing and one end of the rotary shaft after cooling the super-conductive material. CONSTITUTION:Ring-like permanent magnets 6, 7 are attached to one end of a rotary shaft 8 made of non-magnetic materials, housing members 2, 3 among three housing components constituting a housing are provided thereto with super-conductive materials 5, 4 which face the permanent magnets 6, 7, respectively. A motor roller 9 is attached to the center part of the rotary shaft 8 between the permanent magnets 6, 7, and is cooperated with a motor stator 10 at the inner surface of the housing part 1. The housing pats 2, 3 are formed therein with ring-like passages 11, 12 communicated with inlet ports 13, 14 for cooling the super-conductive materials 5, 4, and accordingly, cooling medium evaporated by the super-conductive materials 4, 5 is led into a spindle through slots 14, 15, and is then discharged to the outside through a gap 18 between a flange 19 and the rotary shaft 8.
