PURPOSE:To obtain a good welding joint by removing a stuck material on the fin surface of a fin roll during the making. CONSTITUTION:The tubular body 1 is continuously formed with forming rolls while carrying a metallic sheet in a longitudinal direction. The granular body 3 is supplied so as to leave a clearance from an opening part to the upper part of the tube inside of the tubular body 1 on the midway of forming, successively the opening edge surface extending along the longitudinal direction is straightened and guided, and the opening edge surfaces are butt-welded and formed to the tube, and the granular body packed tube 1 is manufactured by reducing the diameter of the tube obtained by welding. The stain stuck to the opening edge surface of the tube 1 carried toward the welding point is transited to the fin of fin roll 5 during tube making. Since the stain of the fin surface is removed, on the result the stain of the opening edge surface is removed through the fin of fin roll 5. Accordingly, the edge surface of the clean state without the stain being stuck is supplied for the welding, so the well welding joining part is always obtained. |
