发明名称 BIAXIALLY STRETCHED POLYIMIDE FILM AND ITS MANUFACTURE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture a finished product having outstanding lubricity using a fusion molding process by constituting a biaxially stretched film containing a specified blending ratio of thermal plastic polyimide and an organic filler and setting the surface roughness and statical friction coefficient of the film to their respective limits. CONSTITUTION:The subject biaxally stretched polyimide film is composed of a biaxially stretched film which contains 100 pts.wt. of thermal plastic polyimide and 1 to 5 pts.wt. of inorganic filler having an average grain size of 0.002 to 1mum. In addition, the surface roughness of the biaxial stretched film is set to 0.005mum or less and the coefficient of statical friction to 0.3 to 0.6. Further, silioa or alumina is used as an inorganic filler. First, a resin composition containing the thermal plastic polyimide and the inorganic filler is fused and molded into an unstretched film. Next, the ustretched film is biaxially stretched at not higher than a glass transition temperature-crystallization initiation temperature. After that, the film is thermally treated at a temperature not higher than glass transition melting point temperature.
