PURPOSE:To curtail the number of processes so as to shorten a working time without requiring equipments on a large scale. CONSTITUTION:A bound stopper 11 is-set on the upper end of an outer tube 6, after pre-caulking the upper end and the bound stopper 11 is pressed in this condition so as to execute caulking of the upper end 6a of the outer tube 6 and fitting of the bound stopper 11 in one process. |
