The trolley comprises a chassis, resting on the ground, having a horizontal spindle raised relative to it for receiving wire reels. The chassis is made from a modular beam one of whose ends (12) is fixed to a gripping handle (11,13). The other end carries wheels (1) whose height from the ground is less than the height of the legs (8) fixed to the beam. Each module (4) has a spindle (7) for receiving a reel (6) on each of its sides. Each module is provided in the upper part of the beam with a coping (14) in which a rod (10) is articulated by one of its ends on the spindle. The second end of the rod has a wire guide (9) constituted by an elongated ring.
