PURPOSE:To eliminate noise in signals with high accuracy in real time with a simple device. CONSTITUTION:Measured signal wave 1 is primarily differentiated and it is judged noise inclusion in the case the absolute value of the primarily differentiated value is over a threshold value and at the same time, the noise 2, 3 generation positions are specified based on the position of mark change point where the mark of the primary differential value changes. The average value of each measurement signal at the front and back of the noise 2, 3 generation position is calculated by interpolation and the interpolated value is replaced by the noise 2, 3 signals. |
