<p>PURPOSE:To provide a fluid distributor, which does not require processing accuracy and with which the inside can be inspected ocularly. CONSTITUTION:A fluid 6 from an influx passage 3 is left colliding perpendicularly with a flat distribution plate 2 consisting of a clear plate at one end face of a distributor body 1 and is allowed to branch to a distribution passage 5, and the branched fluid is left outflowing from a plurality of efflux passages 4. Accordingly the distributor can be fabricated at a low cost without requiring processing in any complicated shape.</p> |
