FAN SHROUD FOR AUTOMOBILE

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent generation of cracks at joint parts between a fan shroud main body molded by means of injection molding method and fan mounting parts, and make the fan shroud main body lightweight by infecting gas into the joint parts during injection molding to form hollows in them. CONSTITUTION:Gas is injected into joint parts between a fan shroud main body molded by means of hollow injection molding method and fan mounting parts and engine mounting parts during molding to form hollows 1-4. A mold is maintained under constant conditions during synthetic resin infection molding and gas injection. This molding under the constant conditions eliminates the need of secondary processing and the shroud main body can be made lightweight with a sufficient strength.
