PURPOSE:To use a stairs as a working path by manufacturing a precast stairs unit, which consists of a stairs part and an upper landing and a lower landing and a handrail, at a factory or the like previously, and hanging-joining the stairs unit simultaneously with the construction of steel frames of a building. CONSTITUTION:A precast concrete stairs unit A, in which a stairs part 1 and an upper landing part 2 and a lower landing part 2 and a handrail 3 are unified, is manufactured at a factory or a construction field site or the like. At this stage, reinforcements 10 are projected from the side surfaces of the stairs part 1 and the landing parts 2, and groove formations 11 are projected from a contact point of the landing parts 2 with a steel frame. The stair unit A is hanged simultaneously with the construction of the steel frames of a building, and is placed on each receiver beams, and is fixed by using the reinforcements 10 and the groove formations 11. The field work and the number of process of the execution of stairs is thereby reduced to save the labor and improve the efficiency, and a working path is secured simultaneously with the execution of the stairs to improve the safety. |
