A measurement device part 2 for measuring the bulge quantity of the flexible film consists of a light source 26 for projecting light on the flexible film, a Michelson interferometer 25 arranged between the light source and the flexible film and a photodetector 32 for detecting interference light outgoing from the Michelson interferometer, which comprises a beam splitter 28, a fixed mirror 29 and a reflection mirror 16a provided on the outer face of the flexible film and the reflection mirror becomes a mobile one. |
