PURPOSE:To obtain the cell with high measurement precision. CONSTITUTION:With regard to an acoustic cell body 1 defining an enclosed space 9 capable of housing a specimen 11, a cover body 5 and a bottom body 6 are mounted at the specified place of a vessel body 3 through transmission windows 7a, 7b composed of a plate member capable of transmitting an electromagnetic wave. A specimen holder 10 is arranged on a lower side transmission window and a specimen is mounted thereon. In addition, an enclosed space of the vessel body 3 is opened through a second communicating tube 13 and a flexible film 16 is mounted and blocked at an opening part. A measurement device part 2 for measuring the bulge quantity of the flexible film consists of a light source 26 for projecting light on the flexible film, a Michelson interferometer 25 arranged between the light source and the flexible film and a photodetector 32 for detecting interference light outgoing from the Michelson interferometer, which comprises a beam splitter 28, a fixed mirror 29 and a reflection mirror 16a provided on the outer face of the flexible film and the reflection mirror becomes a mobile one. |
