PURPOSE:To provide for manufacture and an apparatus for coated heat insulation tubular bodies with a skin sheet which can be manufactured fully- automatically, continuously and at high speed. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical tubular body 7A of foamable resin is fed from a tubular body supplying reel 1 and a skin sheet 9 is also fed from a skin sheet supplying reel 2, and a separator 11 is peeled off leaving fin-like parts. Next, the cylindrical body 7A opposes the adhesive coated parts of the skin sheet 9 and becomes a primary semifinished tubular body 16. In the tubular body 16, a slit part is formed by a splitting mechanism 29 and then becomes a secondary semifinished tubular body 17, and the tubular body 17 is cut into an appropriate pipe length and thereafter sent to a wrapping machine 18 to be wrapped with film pieces. In this manner, it can be operated fully- automatically from the supply of the tubular body to the shipment of the products. |
