PURPOSE:To improve appearance by eliminating the generation of a recessed part in the outermost skin layer by certainly preventing the impregnation of a soft foam layer with a hard foamable molding raw material by forming a skin material into a sandwich structure and uniformizing the substantial thickness of the soft foam layer over the whole thereof. CONSTITUTION:In a door trim 1 wherein a hard foamed base material 5 is integrally molded on the rear of a skin material 3, the skin material 3 is constituted of the outermost skin layer 13, the soft foam layer 15 integrally molded on the rear of the outermost skin layer 13 by slush molding and the innermost skin layer 17 composed of the solid layer integrally molded on the rear of the soft foam layer 15. |
