PURPOSE:To obtain the inspection method for executing the inspection of the size of a flexible wire body readily without contact. CONSTITUTION:The digital image of a flexible body is receiver, and the image 2 is binary-coded. Thus, the flexible wire body is extracted. The image of the extracted flexible wire body is thinned to the fine line. The image of the each flexible wire body after the thinning is labeled. The area of each labeled image is computed. Whether the value of the computed area is within a specified range or not is judged. For the image within the specified range, it is judged that the corresponding flexible body is acceptable. |
