摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a device for thermal protection of the internal wall of a hollow structure such as a ferrule of a ram jet engine chamber by helically winding refractory fibers on a mandrel, injecting immersion resins and structuring the device for free thermal protection in structure. CONSTITUTION: A device for winding a thermal protective object has a foamed mandrel 1 in which small picots 2 are arranged along helical traces to constitute helical chutes, and fibers, namely plush loop wires 3, are winded on the mandrel 1 with a winder 4. Both the wires and immersion resins is drawn out by a polyhedral hook distributor that is constituted by a direction-adjustable nozzle 5. The nozzle 5 distributes the wires to a necessary direction and has a protective wing portion 6 arranged in each side. And, it is projective from the mandrel 1 and functions to guide the wires in the internal side of the chute constituted by the picots 2.
