PURPOSE:To provide an interface capable of applying a conventional test device using the contact signal to a transmission line of the frequency signal with no modification. CONSTITUTION:The first converter 10 is removably provided between a signal transmission line transmitting the contact signal or the frequency signal and a reception section 1 receiving the contact signal and outputting it to a test device, and the frequency signal received from the signal transmission line is converted into the contact signal and outputted to the reception section 1. |
