PURPOSE:To provide a strong synthetic resin band economically recycling unwoven fabrics which are industrial waste by a method wherein a pellet is formed by mixing a macromolecular material in unwoven fabrics, and after forming a synthetic resin band by extruding the pellet, various kinds of processes are applied in order on the synthetic resin band. CONSTITUTION:In order to the title synthetic resin band, unwoven fabrics consisting of one or more types of polymers are cut and thrown in an unwoven fabric throw-in port 6 for an extruder 1, and at the same time, appropriate quantities of a macromolecular material and additive in response to the compounding rate of the polymers are thrown in a material tank 2. Then, respective screws 5, 7 in a plurality of cylinders 4, 8 are respectively rotated by gear boxes, and a pellet for which the macromolecular material and additive are mixed in the unwoven fabrics is prepared. Then, the pellet is carried while being heated at a specified temperature by a plurality of heaters 9-12, and extrusion-molded into a synthetic resin band through a plurality of dies 13, 15. Then, a synthetic resin band for cargo packing is completed after passing through respective processes such as cooling, drawing, embossing, annealing and cooling. |
