The present invention relates to a snow tire using spikes. In case of the snow tire according to the present invention, spikes (1) made of a steel wire are put inside the surface line of a tire in front and rear directions with a slight gradient, and only when the tire slides on the ground, hooking plates of the spikes (1) rotate in an erect posture by means of friction of the tire (9) against the ground and at the same time, are projected over the surface line of the tire (9), thereby preventing the tire (9) from sliding. The conventional spikes and the T-shaped spike (1) according to the present invention has to be inserted into a plurality of insertion holes formed on the tire (9) by wedging one by one using an air hammer. However, the present invention enables to produce a snow tire with V-shaped spikes built in metallic molds. |
