PURPOSE:To provide a thin-walled molding having high deformation resistance, high dimensional stability and excellent mechanical properties and suitable as a thin-walled connector, etc., for automobile, electric apparatus, office automation products, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective thin-walled polyester molding can be produced by molding a polybutylene terephthalate copolymer having a melt index of 30-200 (measured at 235 deg.C under a load of 2,160g in conformity to ASTM D-1238) and produced by reacting (A) a dicarboxylic acid component composed mainly of terephthalic acid or its ester-forming derivative and containing 1.0-20.0mol% (based on the total dicarboxylic acid component) of isophthalic acid or its ester- forming derivative with (B) a diol component composed mainly of butanediol. |
