PURPOSE:To simply and inexpensively remove the air sump between unvulcanized rubber and a mold in a molding and vulcanizing process without damaging the quality of a molded product. CONSTITUTION:Molding vulcanization is performed in such a state that a fabric sheet 2 is interposed between a preformed unvalcanized rubber sheet 3, a core 1 and outer molds 4, 5 to discharge an air sump to the outside through the fabric sheet 2 or dispersing the same throughout the fabric sheet 2.
