PURPOSE:To obtain three-dimensional images in a short period by conducting a first scan at intervals of 2d in the first scanning in the case of irradiating a predetermined parts on the surface of liquidus optical setting resin with rays for curing the resin, and conducting a second scanning at intervals of 1d so as to make scanning scan the central part of the first scan, and thereafter successively repeating the process. CONSTITUTION:A first scanning is carried out at 2d intervals as indicated by mark A and a second scan is carried out in the same manner at 2d intervals as indicated by mark B. In this instance, the second scan position is in the central part of the first scanning parts. In this way, the slant line parts not cured in the first scan are cured. Furthermore, the relationship between the scanning intervals 2d of the first scan and the curing width of resin by raster scan is 2W>=2d>=W. In this manner, respective scanning widths become broad and, therefore, respective scanning rays are not in contact with each other and the area to be successively cured at one scan is small, thereby making contraction stresses through cure-contraction small and thus reducing deformations during the molding such as warpages or sinks. |
