PURPOSE:To eliminate trouble by providing a by-pass in the circulation water way of a main pump and providing a self-suction type subpump therein, driving the subpump at a time for replacing water of a bathtub and thereby restoring the main pump in a normal actuation state and also detecting the water flow in the circulation waterway and driving the main pump. CONSTITUTION:A by-pass 6 is provided in the circulation waterway 2 of a non-self-suction type main pump 3. A self-suction type subpump 7 is provided in the by-pass 6. Water of a bathtub is introduced into the main pump 3 by driving the subpump 7 at a time for replacing water of the bathtub. The air of the inside of the main pump 3 is discharged and the effect of priming water is obtained. Further the main pump 3 is restored in a normal actuation state. A device for circulating and clarifying water of the bathtub is constituted so that water of the bathtub is detected by a water flow detecting means and the main pump 3 is driven via a controlling circuit 10 and the subpump 7 is stopped by a controlling circuit 11 and thereby normal operation for circulating and clarifying water of the bathtub is started. Therefore start-up or restart-up of circulation and clarification is instantaneously enabled only by sending a small amount of water of the bathtub. |
