<p>PURPOSE:To operate erasing error-preventing plugs easily and accurately and improve the durability of these plugs and of red prints on the surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:A pair of opposed inner walls 5a and 8a of a tape cassette case 1 are provided respectively with operating projections 10 and 11 adapted for prevention of erasing error and for rerecording corresponding to the erasing error preventing plugs 25 and 26 of the tape cassette. The tape cassette is moved according to the instructions shown on the case, i.e., ' Direct the tape face under recording in this direction' 14, ' SAFE' 12 and ' REC' 13 and detecting holes 23 and 24 are matched with the operating projections 10 and 11, thereby operating the erasing error preventing plugs 25 and 26.</p> |
