PURPOSE:To attain compatibility of high control responsiveness with brake protection at the acceleration slip control time in a vehicular traction control time in a vehicular traction control device for suppressing an acceleration slip in combination with internal combustion engine output control and brake control. CONSTITUTION:There is provided an acceleration slip control means (e) for performing acceleration slip control by making a brake control gain large in the first cycle of the control requiring control responsiveness and making the control gain of brake control relatively small in relation to the control gain of internal combustion engine output control from the second cycle on.
