<p>PURPOSE:To obviate a jig dedicated solely to shutting pipeline by providing a cutter for push-cutting a resin piping at a casing into which the piping is fitted removably in the sealed condition, and shutting the pipeline with the cutter and casing when the piping is to be cut. CONSTITUTION:At repair works for a resin piping 1, it is fitted in a casing 2 at upstream and downstream of a pipe position to be repaired, and a lever 5 is turned to slide a push cutter 4 downward, and thereby the resin piping 1 is push cut. Therein the pipeline is shut at the shutting part formed from the push cutter 4 and casig 2, and a bypass is formed through which the gas flow path is in communication with a bypass pipe 7 through a connection part R. An inserting/removing tool 10 is turned, and the cut portion of old pipe 1A is taken out, and then the tool 10 is turned oppositely for insertion of a new pipe and fusion attached by heat to the connecting end face of the existing pipe through a pipe fitting including heater element mounted at the tip of the new pipe.</p> |
