Method for producing hot water by the combustion of solid rubbish, in tall three level furnace. The furnace is composed of three levels. The highest level is occupied by the tank with the water. The tank is made of 8 mm thick Zinc and is connected to a circulator and a heating circuit. The middle level is occupied by the space for the combustion of the rubbish. The furnace is fed via a system of conveyer belts, while the sorting of not combustible rubbish is done manually. The lowest level is occupied by the space for the falling ash. The furnace is made of isolating materials, not flamables, with multiple walls having sand in between. The combustion gases are carried off by a big ventilator (6) that creates the air current necessary for the good combustion of the rubbish. The filtering tank (9) is made of Zinc, placed at the ground level. The rest of the combustion gases are dispersed in the air via a little chimney (10). |
