The bed optionally generates sounds, e.g. bird's singing, wave sound, wind sound and the like, in association with corresponding fragrances, e.g. flower fragrance, sea smell, smell of grass and the like, to add a comfort to the convenience of the user. The bed is provided with speakers (S1,S2,S3,S4) respectively on both sides of the headboard and footboard and with a sound generater having an interface (5) on a side of the headboard, which has a fragrance producer (4) in its midsection. The interface unit (5) has two or more switches to connect with respective melody chips; whereas the fragrance producer (4) has solenoids to open respective containers of fragrance producing liquids.
