The control device controls a proportional valve (37) in accordance with a blower (11) by detecting operating condition of the blower supplying air to a burner by the blower. The control device compensates for control characteristic of the blower (11) by the detected temperature of thermometer (26). The temperature control section of air for compensating control-characteristic of proportional valve (37) is mounted between a blower control section and a proportional valve control section.
