<p>The invention discloses hybrid cells transformed or transformable by a cloned ADN containing the sequence coding for the HBs antigen. Said cells are characterized in that they contain at least part of the monkey hepatocyte cell gene pool and also a genetic marker enabling them to grow in a selective medium or a medium containing an active principle which is normally lethal for the VERO cells from which the hybrid is obtained, but capable of being inactivated by the polypeptide expressed by the said genetic marker.</p> |
