<p>An insecticide dispenser (10) made up of one flexible compartment (12) or series of flexible compartments (12, 14) forming or making up a cow ear tag, a browband, or a collar and filled with saturated fabric (20), an outeredge of packing material extending to one or more dispensing orifices (30). When the dispenser (10) has more than one compartment, there is a restricted flow control channel (22) in a wall dividing each compartment (12) from an adjoining compartment (14). One compartment may be a primary compartment and one or more others in a series or sequence on one or both sides of the primary compartment or extending downward from both ends of the primary compartment. A new safe and longer lasting insecticide formulation having as a primary ingredient, a pyrethrin, permethrin, or organophosphate insecticide and containing piperonyl butoxide as a synergistic enhancer is disclosed.</p> |
