PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep clearances between the tip of each nozzle and a coating surface optimum when applying high viscosity liquid to plural coating positions at the same time in a device in which high viscosity liquid is fed to a coating surface from plural nozzles by using nozzles whose inner diameters and lengths are different from each other. SOLUTION: In a printed circuit board manufacturing process or the like, when high viscosity liquid such as adhesive is applied to prescribed positions of a printed circuit board from plural nozzles 13 fitted to a plate part, projected from the back surface thereof, distances from tips 13A of the nozzles 13 to a coating surface, that is, a surface 20A of the printed circuit board, that is, clearancesδ, are differentiated from each other according to a charge in an inner diameter d of the nozzle 13. That is, the larger the inner diameter d, the larger the clearanceδ. That is, the relation of d1 <d2 <d3 andδ1 <=δ2 <=δ3 is met. In this way, when the inner diameter d3 of the nozzle 13 is large, the clearanceδ3 is made large, and when the inner diameter d1 of the nozzle 13 is small, the clearanceδ1 is made small, allowing optimum coating to be done by all the nozzles 13.
