PURPOSE:To obtain a resin made core material which has substantially improved adhesiveness to a buffer material and an outer layer material, by a method wherein, when polyolefin resin containing fillers is extruded in the form of a sheet, an unwoven cloth, simultaneously, is pressedly laminated on one surface of the sheet. CONSTITUTION:Polyolefin composite resins filled with fillers is molten by heating and is extrusion-molded into a flat sheet 3 by means of an extrusion-molder 1. A mix-spun unwoven cloth 4 is pressedly laminated on one side of a freshly extruded softened flat sheet 3 through the working of rolls 5 and 6 to form a core material. The mixture of 40-90pts.wt. of polyolefin resin and 60-10pts.wt. of organic or inorganic fillers is used as the composite resin. A mix-spun unwoven cloth made of an olefin resin fiber or nonolefin resin fiber is used as the mix-spun unwoven cloth. The two materials are firmly adhered together by an anchoring effect in which each fiber element of the unwoven cloth 4 bites the flat sheet 3 being in a softened condition.
|
