PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To scarcely form a foreign matter on a metal foil of a surface by forming a caul plate of a composite layer plate having a layer of metal foil on a surface layer of insulator made of glass cloth and non-halogen epoxy resin composition. SOLUTION: In the metal foil-clad laminate, flame retardant epoxy resin- impregnated cloth 11 is regulated according to a thickness of the laminate to be manufactured, predetermined number of the clothes 11 are superposed, and metal foils 12 are superposed on both outermost layers to form a laminated material 10. And, a plurality of the materials 10 are superposed while sandwiching metal plates 40 between the respective materials 10 to form the laminate. The laminate is sandwiched between the plates 40 and caul plates 20. Further, the entirety is sandwiched between hot plates 30, heated and pressurized to be manufactured. Incidentally, the plate 20 is formed of a plural-layer plate having a metal foil layer on a surface layer of an insulating layer made of glass cloth and non-halogen epoxy resin composition. And, in the case of incorporating an insulating layer containing halogen epoxy resin composition, a foreign matter is easily formed on the foil of the obtained metal foil-clad laminate. |
