The invention relates to the compounds and the pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts and possible isomers thereof, said compounds having the structural formula II or III <IMAGE> <IMAGE> wherin R3 is hydrogen or alkyl, R4 is hydrogen, cyanoalkyl or aminoalkyl, R5 is hydrogen or alkyl,R6 is hydrogen or alkyl, m is O,1 or 2 and each x is independently hydrogen, halogen, alkyl, nitro or amino. Said compounds are useful intermediates in the preparation of useful therapeutic compounds of the formula I <IMAGE> wherein R1 is alkyl, cycloalkyl, bicycloalkyl, aryl or arylalkyl and R2 is hydrogen or alkyl or the group -NR1R2 taken as a whole forms a monocyclic or bicyclic ring, and m and x are as defined above.
