PURPOSE:To make heating contact with other parts smaller as well as to secure a fair compact show, by attaching a muffler to the lower end part of a front fork so as to make some clearance between both sides of the muffler via a spacer. CONSTITUTION:At one side of a front wheel 12, a driven pulley 18 is solidly coupled in one, while a belt 21 is stretched over between the driven pulley and a driving pulley 20 locked to an output shaft 19 of an engine 14. At the outside, a muffler 24 ranging to an exhaust pipe 23 of the engine 14 is installed inside a clearance between an engine bracket 15 and a front fork unspringing pipe 10a. This muffler 24 is made up into a flat form and its central part is provided with a through hole being isolated from the inside by a pipe 25 piercing through both sides of this central part, while a spacer 26 projecting outward is afficially installed at both ends of the pipe 25. With the presence of the spsacer 26, some clearance between the unspringing pipe 10a and the engine bracket 15 is made up at both surfaces of the muffler 24. |
