PURPOSE:To keep steam from being released from a heater for generating steam. CONSTITUTION:A lid 4 of a heater is made a hollow body and an exhaust port 4c and a steam introduction port 4d are formed on a top plate 4a and a bottom plate 4b, respectively. An air path 8 is provided between an adsorbent housing chamber 7 for housing an adsorbent 6 and the top plate 4a of the adsorbent housing chamber 7 covering the steam introduction port 4d.
