<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a piezoelectric actuator which always normally functions by making a polarization processing control section to instruct a polarization processing section to perform a polarization processing at the time of making power supply. CONSTITUTION:When a polarization processing control section 3 instructs a polarization processing section 2 at the time of making power supply, the number of turning-on times (N) of a SW1 is initialized to '0' and turning-on time t1 is set in a timer. Then, when the time t1 has elapsed after the switch SW1 is turned on, the switch SW1 is turned off and the stopping time t2 of the switch SW1 is set in the timer. After the time t2 has elapsed, a counter is incremented and operations are repeated until a prescribed number of times (n) is reached. When the holding time th of an applied voltage Vp has elapsed after the time th is set in the timer, the time t3 during which a switch SW2 is maintained in a turned-on state is set in the timer. Then, when the time t3 has elapsed after the switch SW2 is turned on, the switch SW2 is turned off. Therefore, a piezoelectric actuator can be always operated normally.</p> |
