PURPOSE:To provide an incoming call monitor system which automatically stops processing of a single task work station even while it is processing other processes so as to implement incoming call monitor. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 11 is operated under the control of an OS(operating system) down-loaded from a memory 4 of a server 1. Then the control is transferred to the OS for several number of times or over for one second due to keyboard input or the like being one of management items of the OS. The processing of the control by the OS is an interrupt processing to a task in operation at present, after the processing of the OS by the interruption, the incoming call monitor program is operated. The execution of the incoming monitor operation after the interruption processing of the OS is realized by making the incoming call monitor program resident.
