<p>PURPOSE:To easily and efficiently produce a speaker net by adhering and laminating the hard plastic sheet and the plastic stretch fabric and forming the laminated sheet into a three-dimensionally curved surface-like. CONSTITUTION:A laminated sheet is formed three-dimensionally by adhering and laminating the hard plastic sheet with many pores and the plastic stretch fabric. A polyvinyl chloride resin sheet is the most suitable for the hard plastic sheet in terms of the intensity, heat resistance, and punching. After punching many fine pores on the sheet, the adhesive is applied on the sheet. In this case, with the narrow application area and with amount of application too little to cover the pores, the two-pack adhesive such as acrylic, urethane, and polyester can be used. Further, the laminated sheet can be made three-dimensional by putting it between the male and female molds with the required shape and heat-pressing it.</p> |
