PURPOSE:To provide a mounting appearance inspection device which is able to inspect that a component is mounted on a printed board or not or located out of position or not without being affected by its surface state eliminating a dead angle induced by the height of the mounted component, where the printed board is applied to an electronic or an electric equipment. CONSTITUTION:In a mounting appearance inspection device which is able to inspect that a component is mounted on a printed board or not, two scanning units 15 and 16, where each of them is composed of a light source and a camera which scans light and the reflected light, are provided to be used for two directions of X and Y, an X-Y drive section is provided, and the scanning units 15 and 16 are made to scan in two directions by the X-Y drive section. |
